RCRS has the responsibility to lead the introduction of cab related parts in our future China production and are hence looking for talented leaders to be a part of this journey.
This position will be based in Södertälje and the section (RCR) includes two group in Södertälje and two in Oskarshamn.
Main tasks
With a high level of strategical business acumen, carve out the best way forward for the introduction of required components by balancing coming product changes with the predicted cost for your scenarios.
In project form development plans for introductions of the product and coordinate the tasks required to meet the set targets.
As Assignment manager for the China part localization team, you will lead a cross functional team with resources from all cab areas.
You will:
• be working in a flexible environment where you will build a broad network with many different areas of Scania.
• earn a great knowledge about all the products in the cab and explore your skills for strategical business acumen.
• train your presentation skills when you in several levels push for your strategies or present the current status.
• Work internationally with colleagues at Scania China.
