We are now looking for Assignment Leaders within Delivery Management One Time at Volvo IT. As assignment leader you can be responsible for a part of a project delivery or the leadership of a part of the project organisation. An assignment can be embedded within a project.
Key responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will be to maintain a professional relationship with assignment stakeholders, to develop the assignment description (mission, deliverables, timing etc.) and ensuring that it is validated by the Line Manager of Assignment Leader, the Requestor and the Assignment Leader.
You will also be responsible for planning, organising, reporting and following up the assignment in accordance to the approved assignment description and for carrying out the assignment work according to agreed cost and time.
Furthermore as an assignment leader you will be responsible for ensuring that the deliverables produced are achieving the agreed quality, for reporting the plans and the results.
Who are you?
We expect you to have experience from project management and believe that you have good production, coordination and collaboration skills, with high flexibility and problem-solving focus.
You have an adequate academic qualification, you are a communicative team-player with the capability to develop and drive tasks and have a competence-sharing attitude and you have the ability to work in global, multi-cultural organization.
You have also excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English.
