Jotech Design AB is a advanced engineering company in product and process development that provides project management, engineering in mechanics, electronics and software development, quality assurance, operations and organizational development, and environmental optimization in four principal
divisions - Process and Energy, Automotive, Offshore and Telecom.

We are looking for assignment leader to our interior projects. You have good skills in interior design and the automotive development processes.

Skills:
CATIA: Not required (but a big plus).
Automotive Minimum 5 years incl. 3 years seating.

Personal properties:
Must be able to keep agreed due dates. Structured personality. Able to keep many programs / activities in the air simultaneously. Good PC skills (excel, word).
Very good social skills and in interaction with different people from different cultures / departments.
Must also be very good in initiate corrective actions on his/her own initiative and have a highly developed sence of urgency in dealings with team members, other collegues and customers. Must be able to negotiate solutions on technical problems
where multiple opinions are present.

Language requirements:
English mandatory, Swedish and German a plus.

Driving licence: Yes, B.
