Find your place in a fast-moving environment where you as an Asset Lifecycle Manager (ALM) have a key role in one of the global processes of the IT department.

Within the Asset Management function we want to have control over all IT Assets within the H&M group, throughout their lifecycle. This means having control over assets such as hardware and software for all H&M's business all over the world, from request and purchase to when they are retired, and to have a life cycle perspective on the types and models of assets we have (i.e. the products and product variants). Right now we focus on even more automation of IT Purchase order management .

This position is in a great team which is the driver for making this work in practice, and the work involves cooperation with the central product responsible organizations as well as Local IT organizations all over the world. The team consists of a team leader, a Process Architect, two ALM and three Asset Coordinators. The team also works close together with the Configuration Management team.

To succeed in this role you need a general understanding of software and hardware products. We believe you enjoy structure and orderliness, and that you are service minded. You are able to think tactically and process oriented, but also good at sometimes performing operative and administrative tasks. You are used to drive and manage your own tasks, and are not afraid to take responsibility to make things happen. In your role you like to work with constant improvement, and enjoy doing practical things that make the whole IT business work better.

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M Asset Lifecycle Manager comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Drive initiatives to improve process maturity of Asset Lifecycle Management processes across H&M IT, in cooperation with the process architect.
• Drive implementation and follow-up of asset life cycle management, for all types of IT components H&M regards as assets (primarily hardware and software)
• Make improvements in routines and way-of-working for IT Purchase.
• Advice, educate and help Product Responsible in the IT organization to establish product life cycle management within their product area
• Be an expert in tool support (ServiceNow) and way of working, for assets and life cycle management
• Analyze and perform reporting on asset and product status

• Good at analyzing and understanding complex structures and processes
• Several years of experience from the IT business
• General understanding of software and hardware products
• Experience of Asset Management, IT Purchase Order management and ITIL is a merit
• Good knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Process-oriented mind-set
• Experience of work in a larger organization
• Very good skills in English and Swedish
