Digitalization is a highly prioritized area for us, and now we're looking for an Asset and Configuration Specialist to join our team within Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions. Your mission
In this administrative role you work with Asset and Configuration management , Service Portfolio management , Process management while also focusing on communication, giving training and support, as well as creating presentations - all while being connected with many stakeholders.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Defining and publishing information standards for the repository
Managing information demands from involved organizations.
Supporting data cleansing and migration activities.
Collaborating with repository system owners on the application functionality, positioning and lifecycle.
Driving access management towards users, ensuring necessary information retention, and instituting and publishing information quality measurements.
Supporting and maintaining relations to other repositories or communication channels.
Promoting awareness of the repository.
Assisting in internal audits.
Your base is at our headquarters in Malmö, and we offer you the chance to work part time remotely.
Your character
We're looking for someone with knowledge in IT Portfolio Management and an understanding of the role of an IT Librarian. It's an advantage if you have experience from Change management, Asset and Configuration management , Service Portfolio management , Process management and also from leading training. If you have experience from our repository system Alfabet, ITIL knowledge and any ITIL certificates, it's a plus. As we act on a global scene, fluency in verbal and written English is a requirement, while Swedish skills are advantageous.
You're open minded and structured with a lot of own drive - taking initiatives is something you do naturally, showing ambitions to perform and make things happen with innovative solutions. You communicate well and value good relations with all your stakeholders. You're able to work independently and at the same time, you strongly believe that the best results emerge when collaborating with others, sharing knowledge and best practices!
