We are now looking for an assembler to join Lind in Bromma, a Swedish technology company developing and manufacturing premium electric surfboards where design, innovation and quality are at the core of everything they do.
About Lind Lind is an innovative company developing modular, high-performance electric surfboards that make it possible to surf wherever there is water, without the need for waves or a boat. By combining traditional surfboard craftsmanship with advanced drivetrain systems and battery solutions, Lind delivers an intuitive, powerful and elegant riding experience.
Lind's production is based in Bromma, where the team maintains a strong focus on quality, hands-on assembly and technical innovation.
The role
This is a varied role where you will combine electronic and mechanical assembly with troubleshooting, problem-solving and technical support for your colleagues in production.
You will be an important part of the production team, working with the assembly and testing of electrical, electronic and mechanical components in LIND's high-tech products. The work takes place in a production environment with high quality standards, where every detail matters to the final product.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assembling wiring, connectors and electrical components
Performing basic testing and functional checks
Reading and following electrical diagrams, instructions and assembly drawings
Troubleshooting and resolving deviations when needed
Supporting colleagues in production with technical questions and problems
Contributing to continuous improvements of processes and quality
Working closely with production, engineering and quality teams
As LIND is a smaller company, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility, influence how things are done and contribute to the continued development of the business. One day you may be focused on assembly, while the next you may be troubleshooting a product or finding a smart solution to improve the production process.
The position is based in Bromma and the working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone who is quality conscious, solution oriented and enjoys practical work with opportunities to develop. You are humble, flexible and comfortable working in a startup environment where you are expected to take responsibility for both larger and smaller tasks.
The role will suit someone who enjoys working in an environment where processes are not always fully defined and where you have the opportunity to help build structure and improve ways of working.
Requirements:
A few years of experience from manufacturing or production, preferably involving precise assembly work
Good ability to read electrical diagrams and assembly drawings
Comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing
It is a plus if you have:
Education or training within electrical engineering or electronics
Experience within mechanics or another practical technical field
Good communication skills in Swedish
