About the program The program will start in August 2020 and continue until June 2021. During the program you will develop a project together with the other trainees initially. Then you will be working in different areas in the ASSA ABLOY organisation within various development teams.
During the program you will get coaching from the best in each area and a mentor to accelerate your career. You will also get relevant education and take part of social activities together with other talented and driven trainees.
About you You are a passionate problem solver who is proactive and demonstrate your ability to learn fast. You have/are:
• Degree in a engineering-related field
• Strong social and communication skills
• Self motivated and driven personality (Ambitious yet humble)
• Swedish work permit
