About the program
The program will start in August 2019 and continue until June 2020. During the program you will develop a project together with the other trainees initially. Then you will be working in different areas in the ASSA ABLOY organisation within various development teams.

During the program you will get coaching from the best in each area and a mentor to accelerate your career. You will also getrelevant education and takepart of social activities together with other talented and driventrainees.

About you
You are a passionate problem solver who is proactive and demonstrate your ability to learn fast.
You have/are:

• Degree in a engineering-related field
• Strong social andcommunication skills
• Self motivated and driven personality (Ambitious yet humble)
