ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions offer you a permanent employment as System Tester in our newly renovated office in Årsta, Stockholm. You will have an amazing opportunity to start your employment by joining a Graduate program for a period of 18 months. Our Graduate Program will give you a possibility to launch your career in a multinational company, a unique life experience with a 3 months assignment abroad in Europe and last but no least to learn and develop your knowledge in exciting security technologies and digital products.
The Graduate Program will start with the first Networking Event in mid-autumn in Europe where appointed graduate candidates are inducted into the company. Thereafter you will return to our Stockholm office where you will receive a professional mentor who will coach you locally though out the whole program. After half-year into the program then you will undertake a 3 months international assignment abroad in Europe and we will seek your feedback to gauge areas and countries of your interest. After the exciting international assignment, you will return to your home country to continue to perform your work tasks and projects within Product Development and System Test until graduation in February 2024. After the graduation will continue your employment with us as System Tester in Product Development.
What will you do as a System Tester in Product Development?
In this role you will join a team of 12 skilled Developers that improves and maintains a successful security system called ARX which is based on high security, capacity, scalable and configurable infrastructure. W e do verification of the complete system. The system contains of Client/Server, Distributed Control Units (Access and Alarm) and external peripherals such as Door readers, alarm units etc."
We are currently on an exciting journey where we are trying to automate our test environment and would love you to help us with:
Proposing test plans and test specifications for new and existing products
Building up automated tests for the ARX system for test of new products and improvements of existing products
Improving our products by clever solutions
Participating in quality increasing activities and continuously improve our solutions and ways of working
Who are we looking for the Graduate Program?
You have a degree in Software Development, Mechatronics or similar. You have experience in Python and knowledge in Java and C is highly appreciated.
It is required that you are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
