ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions offer you a permanent employment as Product Data Specialist in our office in Mölnlycke. You will have an amazing opportunity to start your employment by joining a Graduate program for a period of 18 months. Our Graduate Program will give you a possibility to launch your career in a multinational company, a unique life experience with a 3 months assignment abroad in Europe and last but no least to learn and develop your knowledge in exciting security technologies and digital products.
The Graduate Program will start with the first Networking Event in mid-autumn in Europe where appointed graduate candidates are inducted into the company. Thereafter you will return to our Mölnlycke office where you will receive a professional mentor who will coach you locally though out the whole program. After half-year into the program then you will undertake a 3 months international assignment abroad in Europe and we will seek your feedback to gauge areas and countries of your interest. After the exciting international assignment, you will return to your home country to continue to perform your work tasks and projects as a Product Data Specialist until graduation in February 2024. After the graduation, you will be given a permanent contract and continue your journey with us.
What will you do as a Product Data Specialist?
Joining our team, you will be part of our exciting journey taking the next step to secure deliver of high-quality master data supporting requirements from the market . That also will support our own production and logistical processes. Our mission is for you to develop within the role and aim to reach your professional goals. We offer you endless of opportunities and the Graduate Program is only the beginning!
In this role you will be the first point of contact of product data related topics and own the quality of the product information. You will have the opportunity to influence and shape our new way of working.
We would love you to help us:
Analyze and find improvements within our processes
Develop and implement tools, processes and methods for productivity and quality improvements related to product data
Participate in the implementation of our new and common PIM system for the Scandinavia market
Participate in the daily work creating and improving our product information in our product data related systems (ERP, PLM, PIM, BIM)
Who are we looking for the Graduate Program?
If you are a Swedish resident, and have a degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Economics and Management, Logistics, IT or similar you are eligible to apply.
It is required that you are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
We are looking for an analytical professional who likes to take initiative, is solution-oriented and sees opportunities where others see obstacles.
To be successful in this role we believe that you have experience from working in a business where you have been given some kind of responsibility.
