Our ASIC team is seeking more talented and ambitious ASIC system integration and analysis Engineers with the mission and purpose to reduce the risk of frauds and replace PINS and password with biometric solutions.
We are now seeking an engineer for our ASIC Electronics lab, planning and execution of the verification of the company's products in parallel with maintaining and developing the electronics lab.
In ASIC Lab, you will work close to all your colleges in the ASIC organization, providing the team with test and measurement setups. Lead the ASIC validation through the approval process, develop test procedures and document the approval.
The works also includes prototype PCB design, ASIC customer support lab setups, failure analysis, technical investigations.
At Fingerprint you will be given opportunities to be part of a team that is responsible for all aspect in HW design, a design that are used by millions every day. As a member in the ASIC team you will have a large possibility to affect the work and the final product by your own ideas. You are also most likely to use your drive and commitment to implement your ideas together with your colleagues.
Who you are
• You are a team player with a positive problem-solving attitude.
• You are driven and open to learn new things and are driven by a deep technical interest.
• You are structured and thorough with good communication skills.
• You can drive assignments independently and to self-manage priorities
• You have a good knowledge in test system planning, implementation and verification using LabView
• You have knowledge of PCB schematic design & layout
• You have a basic understanding of ASIC/FPGA
• Familiarity with common scripting tools such as python
• You have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronics or equivalent
• You are fluent in English and are flexible when it comes to international traveling
