At the heart of the 5G radio is a digital ASIC or FPGA based on latest groundbreaking technologies, including the advanced functionality to enable this new communication. We are now looking for a Project Leader who can drive our ASIC and FPGA projects and be part of our very strong team responsible for this. You will be part of a complete development organization including both ASIC and FPGA as well as complete 5G radio products.
We are looking for someone with a strong project leader experience and who also has a solid background within ASIC or FPGA development. You need to have a structured way of working and be used to interface many different stakeholders and customers, typically at more than one site. You will lead a project with up to 40 engineers and report to both project and line. Development is done in cooperation with our colleagues at other sites and travel to these is expected.

Qualifications
Master Degree or PhD in Electronic Engineering or equivalent education is preferred.
Experience in ASIC or FPGA development.
Solid project management experience of minimum 5 years from complex R&D projects, preferably multi-site
Communication and presentation skills in English are essential.
Quality-consciousness.
Travels may be needed but not required on a frequent basis.

You are driven, result oriented and able to propose improvements to existing systems, methods, and work flows. You can also coach and mentor younger colleagues. You have the ability to lead teams as well as work independently or as a team member. Communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing is natural for you as well as a structural way of working.
