The founders of the restaurant started their career as engineers, and later on they found common interest to do innovation about food, especially traditional Chinese cuisine which they love most. So they started this H.E.L. brand, meaning ?Harbin Engineering Lab? to promote the engineering spirit in food industry. Embracing this extremely old fashioned cuisine with the most modern way of lifestyle in Now we are looking for experienced and talented people to create this business with us.
Key responsibilities
Working as cook in the kitchen and co-create menu with founders of the restaurant. Maintain daily operations in the restaurant and control quality of the cuisine presented to customers.
Requirements
You must be driven cook, familiar with Asian food and working as cook for more than 5 years. You should have wide range knowledge of cuisine and fusion. English or Chinese is required.
