The Surgical division, Business Unit BARRIER, is looking to recruit an Artwork & Labeling Manager, based at headquarters in Göteborg, Sweden.

The role of the Technical Support & Development department is to manage projects within the Business unit. Also to continuously update and improve the current product range in order to make sure that our customers are satisfied with it. The role is also to ensure the competitiveness of the product range within BARRIER and ProcedurePak units. We lead the continuous improvement process of the running assortment of the business unit.
Purpose of position
You will lead the continuous coordination and creation of labeling and artwork activities within the area of Drapes and Staff Clothing and Custom Procedure Trays.
The position includes developing, preparing and leading the artwork support in the following functions in the company: project management, product care, product development, manufacturing, regulatory and marketing. The main focus is on solving problems and facilitating change and/or improvement.
You will also lead the update and improvement of labeling and related systems and ensure customer satisfaction, the competitiveness of the product range and regulatory compliance.
You will have one direct report, Artwork Support, and you will report to Technical Support & Development Director.
Background & Personal qualities
You have experience in desktop publishing, with knowledge in programs as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat and of course MS Office. It is considered a merit if you have project management experience.
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and feels passionate about what he/she does. You have good leadership and organizational skills and you are very structured and service minded. You are a team player who can communicate your ideas successfully.
