We are now looking for an Artist Project Manager to help further strengthen our relationship with storytellers around the world and take our artists and music to the next level.

Job description
The Artist Project Manager's role consists of leading productions and executing on artist releases by producing groundbreaking content that support our artists' careers creatively and tell stories that captivates our customers.
Your focus areas will include everything from general project management tasks to lead major video productions.
We are looking for someone who is majorly organized, curiously creative and loves teamwork!
More specifically, you will
• Project manage, produce and coordinate artist-related content
• Overall responsible for project process, contracts, timelines, deliverables, budget, scope and resources
• Act as producer in various music video and content productions
• Establish and maintain a network of video-creators from which you will commission and source content from
• Be a link between the Music and the Brand & Creative departments
• Assist and coach selected artists with their social media strategy
• Handle internal communication keeping relevant stakeholders up to date
• Analyze and stay on top of social and cultural trends and fashions
• Influence with strategic and creative inputs
What we are looking for
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience of music video productions
• Worked with freelancers and agencies
• Great eye for detail
• Loves collaboration and teamwork
• Strong passion for music!
• Fluency in English
