The overall purpose for this position is to work within the Customer & Sales Support team to ensure a professional approach is maintained for customer relations.
As Customer & Sales Support you will assist in order processing and shipping to ArthroCare’s distributors and customers world-wide. Managing customer complaints and queries are other duties in this position. They use the CRM system SAP.
Your key relationships are with the Finance department in Sweden, Sales & Marketing throughout Europe and Customer Service Departments worldwide. You will have close contact with distributors, agents and subsidiaries.
Required skills
You should demonstrate a positive attitude to your work and be able to relate well both to internal and external colleagues. You are willing to learn new things quickly and cope well with change. As a person you are both positive and flexible. Furthermore, you are committed to improving the added-value and efficiency of the customer service team, and you use common sense as well as initiative to resolve issues. Since you will be working in an international business environment fluent written and spoken English is a must. Swedish and any other languages would be an advantage. Basic PC and Software knowledge is essential, as well as experience of email. You have 3 years Gymnasium schooling and previous experience of logistics work is an advantage. Experience in SAP is considered a merit.
