Requirements:
High level of spoken and written Swedish
High level of spoken and written English
Ideally knowledge of the German language
A good knowledge of image editing and the printing-process
A good working knowledge of all the relevant applications like Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Acrobat / PitStop Professional and vector based programs like Freehand, Illustrator etc.
Background knowledge of the system environment Windows and MAC OS
An understanding of data-organization and handling
Optimally you have working experiences in the printing business
You are loyal and faithful, as well as persistent worker
You are up to handle challenges professionally and solve them intelligently
Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and a friendly appearance
Your tasks:
Preparing files (mostly pdf, jpg or tiff-files) for printing (no design)
Controlling and selecting the data used to print
Verifying/adjusting the data (e.g. models of colors, improving the windfall scope, preparing the files, bleed)
Customer Support (answering to customer questions and contacting the customers via telephone and email)
Creating quotations
