We at P.F.C are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of visual design and UX design in iOS and Android apps. You are passionate about designing visually appealing interfaces and experiences which means that you understand the design process. You have previous experience communicating your work in a clear way and working in iterations with the team, as well as familiarity working with tools such as Figma.
You should have experience in directing brand design framework and to put it into use. We are looking for you who enjoys putting our brand and graphical programs into perspective and understand the relationships between them. As our new Art Director, you will be part of our self-propelled design team and responsible for the designs on all major platforms and channels.
About P.F.C.
P.F.C. is an easy-to-use money management service built around a MasterCard and an app that our customers can use without switching banks. We aim to empower people starting their financial life. Our app was recently awarded Silver in the Swedish Design Awards 2020.
At P.F.C, we work together on building and growing our product. We are an agile team that ships frequently, releasing new versions of our mobile apps as often as once per week. We continually release new features and refine our designs to give our customers the best possible experience.

As an Art Director you will:
Develop and manage P.F.C.'s graphical framework so it's coherent on all platforms.
Solve user and business problems with design.
Collaborate with developers, UX, product owners, and others to discover and satisfy the needs of our customers.
Work with Hi-fi prototyping of interactions and interfaces to help define new features and solutions.
Collect feedback and iterate designs.
Work in teams with POs and engineers throughout the development process to ensure a high level of quality in the finished product.
Communicate product design to rest of the company.
Help unify the brand across all touchpoints like app, web, the card and marketing materials.
We are looking for you who:
Have minimum of 5+ years working as an Art Director or similar.
Can identify the core of a challenge and design the most relevant solution for it.
Have the skills to form an independent view on a design challenge through multiple perspectives.
Can deeply understand a graphic programme and the logic that defines it.
Are a skilled communicator and can break down your thoughts and ideas for the team.
Have a great passion for design.
