hela Sverige WorkShop are growing and are now looking for a hungry Art Director/Designer that wants to grow with us! You will work closely with the small but mighty team based in Stockholm, but also with our Paris office. Our long-term goal is to continue to grow a strong team who'll help revolutionize consumer experience across Europe, including setting up offices in the UK and Germany. So, while you might be the newest member of the team, you won't be the last!
We are looking for you who lives design and are passionate about making ideas come to life in reality. You are a natural when it comes to design and can visually problem solve and work efficiently. As part of our 360° Brand Activation Team, you will be working on a range of content creation from physical spaces, events, print and print production to digital and social media. This is always shifting and changing depending on our most recent challenge. Besides a self-sufficient mindset and the ability to take on this challenge from the get-go, you should have proven knowledge and experience in art directing and designing for print production, digital channels as well as and final art.

Responsibilities
You will be reporting to our Creative Director and be part of a team consisting of Art Directors, Designers, Videographer and Motion Graphics. Your tasks will include projects within the European network. You are expected to support your team in keeping the level of creative quality up to standard and helping drive efficiency. You will be a part of the creative process and supporting your team to deliver high quality work from project start to sending work to production. You will also support in art direction, designing communication material, photoshopping, event design, making presentations, social posts, and the occasional internal WorkShop brand content.
A unique aspect of this job is working with pop-ups, experiential activations and events. Any prior experience in this sector is a big bonus. We can offer you a creative, dynamic and modern workplace, giving our employees the opportunity to grow while working with global market leading brands.
We believe the right person for this role has:
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in similar positions from agency or in-house
• Relevant studies
• Excellent knowledge working with Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp and Power Point. After Effects is a plus
• Understanding for different types of communication channels
• Experience working with both online and print production
• Comfortable with presenting and explaining your ideas
• Experience within the retail/consumer sector is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English (English is the company language)
• A positive mindset and a social team player with a solution oriented "can do" attitude
