THE ROLE
We're now looking for a passionate, innovative, and business minded Art Director Assistant / Graphic Designer to join our creative team. We believe you have the creative vein, yet the technical height needed for attractive and exciting graphic design. We think you have a few years' experience in similar work at an advertising agency, retail agency or action marketing agency and want to continue to develop together with us. Your duties will include assisting our Art Directors and Project Managers with creative solutions, graphic design and production work. You will work with both print and digital productions and the projects will vary each day from new product launches to formatting material. We believe that you, just like us, are passionate about creating effective campaigns which contributes to increased sales and have an impact on shopper's mindset along the buying process both in store and online.

• Strong interest in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Retail Marketing, Action Marketing, Form & Function, Design, Interior Design, Photography etc.
• Strong knowledge of design

EXPERIENCE
• Experience as an Art Director Assistant or Graphic Designer at a retail agency, action marketing agency or advertising agency
• Experience of working with Art Directors, production manager and project manager
• Experience of working with local and international clients
• You work unhindered in Adobe CS package, Office package
• Experience in a 3D software (SketchUp / Cinema 4D / LightWave 3D) and web design) may not be necessary but will be an advantage
• Experience of typography and image processing
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking
TASKS
• Close cooperation with Art Director and production manager in all projects
• Responsible for the design and final art, visual as well as communicative
• Take full responsibility for final delivery
• Affirm creativity and share their experiences and insights to their colleagues
• Create cases of completed projects/assignments
