THE ROLE
We're now looking for a passionate, innovative, and business minded Art Director to join our creative team. We believe you have the creative vein, yet the technical height needed for attractive and exciting design. We think you have a few years' experience in similar work at an advertising agency, retail agency or action marketing agency and want to continue to develop together with us. You will work in a team together withProject and Production Managers and will be the creative mind contributingwith your ideas and solutions regarding design and communication.You will be working with both print and digital productions and the taskswill vary each day; fromcreating POS campaigns, design shop-in-shops, brainstorming for newproduct launches to formatting material. We believe that you, just like us, are passionate about creating effective campaigns thathave an impact on shopper's mindset along the buying process both in store and online.

PERSONALITY
• Strong interest in Design, 3D design, Interior Design, Form & Function, Photography,Marketing, Advertising, Design, Interior Design, Photography etc.
• Strong knowledge of design
• Interested in new technologies, materials, products and procedures

• Meticulous and have an eye for detail
• Professional in business and customer contacts
• Collaborative and a team player
EXPERIENCE
• Experience as an Art Director/3D Designer at a retail agency, action marketing agency or advertising agency
• Experience of working with Art Directors, production managers and project managers
• Experience of working with local and international clients
• You work unhindered in Adobe CS package, Office package
• Experience in a 3D software (SketchUp / Cinema 4D / LightWave 3D) and web design
• Experience of typography and image processing (may not be necessary but an advantage)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking
TASKS
• Close cooperation with production manager/project managers in all projects
• Responsible for the design and final art, visual as well as communicative
• Take full responsibility for final delivery
• Affirm creativity and share experiences and insights with colleagues
• Create cases of completed projects/assignments
