Job Description:
Diakrit is looking for a Art Director with copywriting experience who loves print and digital, and knows how to design and write in both media. You will, in partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer, develop strategic creative direction for Diakrit, including visual and conceptual direction for the diakrit.com website, intranet, online order systems, campaigns, social media, Diakrit products, video, and other online & print media. You will also offer input for written content for a wide range of marketing materials.
You are creative, energetic, eager to work independently and in a team setting while meeting tight deadlines and juggling multiple projects.
MUST HAVES
• Excellent portfolio
• Strong design experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• 3+ years experience in design & copywriting
• Expertise with major design apps including Flash CS5, inDesign CS3, PhotoShop CS/3, Illustrator CS3, HTML, JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of web graphics
• An understanding of CSS, web 2.0, Flash
BONUS HAVES
• Experience in designing UI for web pages, systems and products a big plus
• Marketing, advertising, publishing and print production a big advantage
• Willingness to move to our office in Bangkok, Thailand
• Other languages a big plus
