hela Sverige As our Art Director, you will be a valued member in building a strong and proactive team where we deliver on the demands of our customers, needs of our business and terms of our time.
You will be responsible for creating highly converting campaigns and concepts for any product, event or activity within our plattform and supporting our overall roadmap. You will also be a part of co-creating communication and brand guidelines for the products we market. This position entails an overall responsibility for maintaining and aligning all actions, designs and activities according to Brand guideline. Art Director shall design and execute tasks within the UX/ Design department in a productive and efficient manner based on applicable objectives, strategies and other guidelines.
Requirements
• Strong experience across a range of mediums including digital, social, integrated, video and sometimes even traditional
• Strong portfolio showcasing the above
• Minimum 6 yrs+ experience
• Education from any of the leading design schools or equivalent
Main tasks and responsibilities
• Develop highly converting concepts and ideas on how to promote, activate or communicate our products according to brand guidelines
• Clearly communicating vision to video producers, illustrators, photographers, set designers or any other participant in visualising the task
• Develop the overall look or style of campaigns, film set, event, live performances or project
• Determine how best to represent a concept visually keeping on brief and managing the ideation
• Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments focusing on digital outcomes
• Allocates which photographs, art, or other design elements to use on the project
• Manage others in the creative team such as graphic designers, set and exhibit designers, or other design staff
• Review and approve and amended designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members
• Develop the overall look or style of a publication, an advertising campaign, film set or project

Good to know
This position is full-time (starting with a 6 month of probationary position) and based in our Stockholm office and you will report to the Head of Design & UX. As we're an international company, with over 15 nationalities and millions of users all over the world, you have to be fluent in English, your application should therefore be in English.
