As an Art Director you are responsible for the development and production of creative assets and a database of images for a print materials design automation project. You will also support Creative Lead with setting a new look and feel of printed materials in line with the Oriflame Brand guidelines.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop various layout templates for a few product brands within Oriflame portfolio
Make sure we execute product brands guidelines as well as overall Oriflame positioning in the templated layouts.
Understand the Oriflame brand identity and visual direction and adapt it to the templated print materials, identifying specific ways to make it come to life across digital channels too
Work closely with other team members to deliver the results (Creative Lead, Campaign planning digital transformation lead, etc.) and collaborate with other departments when needed (Global Online, Global Creative Services, regions/markets).
Present and sell conceptual ideas, creative directions and executions to our internal stakeholders
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must have:
More than 5 years experience from working in an agency or in-house creative team
A design degree from the University or equivalent from Berghs/Beckmans/Art School
Outstanding skills in-design
Excellent knowledge of Censhare CMS
Excellent knowledge in the whole Adobe Creative suite
Experience working with complicated communication messages and making them understandable
Experience from model and product photography and working with producers, photographers and retouchers
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office programs, especially PPT
Fluent in English
Experience with beauty / direct sales / beauty catalogue production
