Our offices are located in eight countries all over Europe and we have sales representatives in Asia as well as Australia.
We develop and distribute innovative and competitive products and services to customers on four continents. In order to realize our approach of customer orientation, simplicity, a superior user experience, a high-value product portfolio and sustainable cost-effectiveness we need colleagues with special profiles that contribute creativity to our already successful and motivated team.
We are currently looking for:
• Art Director/Web Designer (100%)
The design team will be located in Stockholm, Sweden.
What you can expect from us
Beside a long term perspective in a well structured prospering company you will be responsible for all design matters of the Sportradar AG.
• End-to-end support and delivery of all design duties of the Sportradar group including corporate communication and web design
• Overseeing/supporting the prototyping of product concepts
• Constant developing of the Sportradar group design strategy via user or market experience development to stay state of the art
• Thought leadership and educating all internal decision makers relating to web design and development trends
What we expect from you
• A dedicated passion for sports. This is of paramount importance in order to succeed. Own experience or consumption of sports data services is favorable.
• Expert knowledge of design issues and methodologies
• Expert knowledge in relevant software, e.g. Photoshop, Indesign, Visio, Fireworks, Illustrator, MS Office, Dreamweaver and Visual Design
• Good working knowledge of current and emerging front-end technologies and frameworks (JavaScript, Ajax, Flash, Flex, Air, etc.)
• Knowledge about Display Advertising and conceptualization of advertising campaigns
• Translation of proposition requirements into compelling user experience including detailed wire-frames and prototypes
• Ability to interpret market research, service usage data, and competitive intelligence, in order to improve Sportradar existing products or develop new ones
• Excellent communication skills with personal, situational and multicultural sensitivity
• Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly, pragmatic and results driven
• Quick-thinking, personable, flexible
• Willing to travel
• Fluent English required, working knowledge of Swedish and/or German favorable
