You work as the manager for the Swedish Engineering team and help Your team members to succeed in their work and continuously develop themselves
You act as the key communication person between Arnon's Finnish and Polish Engineering teams and it is essential that You really want to work together with engineers from different parts of the world
You want to develop the current Engineering and Design processes and standardize them according to Arnon's global standards
Your Background
It is essential that You feel comfortable in a rapidly changing business environment and really want to leave Your mark in the growth of Arnon. A strong business acumen in combination with solid project management skills and technical understanding of industrial automation will be crucial for succeeding in this position. You have a flexible mindset, You are goal-orientated and feel comfortable in making Your own decisions when needed.
Qualifications At least Bachelor 's degree in automation, electrical engineering or a related field
Experience in managing industrial electrification and/or automation projects
Experience in business development and customer relationships
You communicate excellent verbally and in written in English and Swedish.
You want to lead and work as a manager for the Swedish engineering team

Employment type: Recruitment, with initial probation period of six months.
