As a graduate in Arla Finance, you will become part of a global company with a dynamic Finance organisation across an end-to-end value chain. You will play your part in driving sustainability performance and shaping our future Finance function using the newest digital technologies and data.
About our future-focused Finance programme
The Finance Graduate Programme is a 2-year programme consisting of three rotations across our global Finance organisation. Throughout your three rotations, you will develop your core finance skills, while building on essential competencies within Business & Performance, Data & Digital, and Strategy & Execution to ensure you have the capabilities needed to succeed in the future of Finance. You will be exposed to several key disciplines and operations within a multi-national Finance organisation, while developing your strategic, personal and professional capabilities within Finance.
As a Finance Graduate, you will receive a variety of training and support throughout the programme. To ensure your professional and personal development, you will benefit from:

We are looking for graduates to join our Finance organisation in Denmark, Sweden, and Germany. As part of the programme, you will have a 6-month rotation abroad at one of our other international offices.
You will be hired on a permanent employment contract from day one, and will continue your career within Finance in Arla Foods after finishing the 2-year Graduate Programme.
What will make you a successful Finance Graduate?
To apply for the Finance Graduate Programme, please ensure that you can tick off the following boxes:
A bachelor or master's degree from a university by September 2024, or graduated maximum 2 years ago and have gained 1-2 years of working experience. We are open to various educational backgrounds, so what truly matters is interest in Finance and curious mindset
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience from work and/or extracurricular activities
Being professionally fluent in English
Currently residing in, or willing to relocate to, either Denmark, Sweden or Germany, and being internationally mobile for at least 6 months as part of the programme
In addition, we are looking for personal qualifications including:
Being a natural problem-solver with excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to your work
Collaborative and open-minded with a willingness to learn and explore
Being a skilled communicator who understands how to convey complex information in a clear and understandable language
The ambition to grow and deliver results to make a difference in our organisation

For 2024, we are looking for Finance graduates in Denmark, Sweden and Germany. The programme is open for applicants from all over the world, conditional of you being willing and able to relocate to Denmark, Sweden or Germany.
