INTERNATIONAL AREA SALES MANAGER – MENA (Middle East North Africa)/ and South Europe
THE COMPANY
Interspiro is a premium manufacturer of Breathing Apparatus and Professional Diving Equipment. The Company is part of the Ocenco Group of Companies with Headquarters in USA and manufacturing and operational Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
New position is based in Stockholm, Lidingö - HQ Interspiro
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
This company is looking for a highly tenacious and enthusiastic new area sales manager with proven experience in business-to-business sales and a proven track record of success in an international marketing & sales environment.
Possession of a University or equal postgraduate degree in related subjects.
Experiences in international sales of system products and concepts and documented experience in successful sales results and ideally have knowledge of safety oriented products.
Excellent communication and language skills.
The candidate should be fluent in English, Arabic and Swedish both spoken and written. Knowledge of French would be considered an advantage
Experiences of selling to military and governments will be considered as an advantage.
In depth knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office
You are between 27 – 45 years old.
THE ROLE
Develop strategies and business plans for new markets and regions.
The candidate must be able to work with and compile aggressive budgets for sales and expense estimates and reach them.
Identify, screen and sigh-up new distributors, partners and manage ongoing relationships.
Passion for growth, unquestionable integrity and with a strong sense of urgency.
Build customer base and execute initiatives to build brand awareness and drive volume.
The successful candidate should be able to operate with a minimum of supervision in a wide range of environments and with a broad base of customers, (Fire Services, Maritime, Oil and Gas Sectors, Industrial Users and Military Organizations) throughout Middle East Region.
The proven ability to form good relationships with key customers is essential and to be prepared to travel extensively throughout the Region at relatively short notice.
Approximately 70 – 100 traveling days per year
