Horton International is searching for an Area Sales Manager for Bär Cargolift.
The Bär Cargolift brand stands for loading tailgates with the highest of technical standards. As a medium-sized business with around 230 employees, we are one of the market leaders at home and abroad.
The company has decided to strengthen its present on the Swedish market and will install a new position in order to fulfil Bär's goals and intentions for that market, and are therefore looking for an Area Sales Manager Sweden.
Required individual and personal skills:
The successful applicant for this position should have an appropriate technical qualification and be able to show evidence of first sales results, ideally within the sector. We require someone with client acquisition skills and the ability to close the deal. You will have your basis in a home office and the position will demand frequent travel throughout the country, so a driving license is a must. Your strengths should be an analytical and strategic way of thinking as well as target-orientedness, initiative, pragmatism and a sociable character. You will be a native speaker of Swedish and will also be fluent in English or German.
Your duties will include:
• Achievement of the sales targets
• Constant implementation and development of sales strategy
• New client acquisition on the ground
• Technical advice and costumer care
• Development and implementation of service concepts and organization of these in collaboration with the head office in Heilbronn (Germany).
