The Area Sales Manager is responsible for sales of all AudioDev’s products within Optical Media market within a region (parts of Europe and potentially more areas outside Europe). The work comprises responsibility of sales in the area as well as developing the market and the support in the area. In sales calls presenting AudioDev’s solutions and customer values as often as possible in a professional manner. The area has agents and careful management of these resources to make sure they can present AudioDev’s products and services in the best possible way is also part of the responsibility.
The area sales manager is responsible to make the sales budget for the area as well as trying to fulfill the same, in case the market conditions makes the budget irrelevant providing information about this is essential. Another important responsibility of the area sales manager is to provide information about relevant customer pains and situations to our product management and R&D.
Expected travel will be up to 50% of available work time.
Desired Position Requirements:
University degree in science and/or marketing
Good spoken and written Swedish and English more languages is a definite plus
Experience working with customers and solving their problems
Computer skills and experience
Good spoken and written Swedish, English and relevant language for the region (Spanish, Italian, French)
Drivers License B
Representative skills and attitude;
Personality
Well organized
Effective communicator
Outgoing with good social skills
Solve problems independently
Team worker
Able to handle stressful situations and work tempo
Flexible in work responsibilities and work time
