Mentice works closely with leading medical and healthcare professionals in order to develop long-term solutions for hands-on training. Mentice focuses on technical development, medical content and training curriculum in its surgical and endovascular simulator products. The company has vast experience from the use and application of its simulators in both industry training sector and hospital based clinical skills centre training.

Job responsibilities
Achieve budgeted sales in territory based on carefully carried out account planning for the Hospital segment. Manage sales cycles of the products and be at all times able to provide a qualified assessment of the business. You will prepare and participate in local promotional events such as congresses, road shows and demonstrations etc together with local Distributors. Among your responsibilities are to build relationships with KOL (Key Opinion Leadership) in respective markets and application segments. The sales area coverage is Finland, Sweden, Norway, Island and Denmark. Potentially more areas will be added depending on performance and capabilities.
Job profile
You have a graduate degree from a medical or technical background. You have personal sales experience 3-5 years in the medical devices/equipment field. Good technical understanding is preferred, structured working and organisation capabilities are essential.
You have experience in working with international customers. High energy and strong internal drive are important, the work demands that you work independently. Ability to travel extensively during periods. You are fluent in English and a Nordic language.
