Arboritec was founded in 1999 north of Gothenburg in Sweden, and since 2009 opened up a subsidiary in the United States.

Arboritec aims to expand its business in German market. We therefore see the need for expansion of our sales team. So, if you are interested to become a part of this development, we offer you an Area Sales Manager position in an environment where you can develop your skills and knowledge and share yours with your colleagues.

As an Area Sales Manager for Germany you will work closely with the Sales Executive Management at Arboritec. Your main task will be to develop business by establishing new contacts and maintaining our relationship with existing distributors in Germany.

You bring out challenging targets within the territory and create structure for offerings that lead to profitable trades. In the organization you work independently with own sales, negotiations and contracting. You will report to the Director of Sales, and be a part of our international sales team.

• You are characterized by high energy and commitment to deliver results.
• You are a self-motivated person and have the ability to motivate and drive your team of agents towards ambitious goals.
• You have an understanding of the culture and environment as growth companies requires unpretentious responsibility and power to act in combination with professional routine.
• As a dynamic sales person, you are communicative and good at creating and developing business relationships.
• You have a prosperous experience related to flooring industries and has worked with development and sales through distribution channels.
• In the international environment, frequent travels are more of a lifestyle than a burden. You therefore are able to travel often.
• You are fluent in both German and English.
