Responsibilities
Your duties and responsibilities are in particular to:
• Build new, and strengthen existing, distributors and dealers by phone and personal visits
• Work with the district's business plan, budget and strategic processes together with the Sales Manager
• Write, and follow up sent, quotations and contracts
• Register sales activities in our CRM system and provide monthly sales forecasts and sales performance reports
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Technical Support in Landskrona
The position is full time and based in Landskrona. Driver's license and a private situation that allows many days of travel (est. 100) is an absolute requirement. You report to our Nordic Sales Manager who is based in Landskrona, but you also have some sales reporting directly to our office in Italy.
Background and Personality
You have upper secondary education and at least three years of experience in field sales. Technical understanding and experience in sales of technical products is a requirement. Sales of automated products, electrical products and/or selling products to the construction industry are highly meritorious. As a person you are high-performing, results-oriented and able to close deals. You think strategically, have good problem solving skills, are analytical and have a high integrity. You are outgoing, find it easy to communicate, make presentations, and build lasting relationships. You can express yourself fluently, both orally and in writing, in English and Swedish. Knowledge of the Danish and/or Norwegian language is an advantage.
