You will be part of Substations in Västerås. The business unit designs and delivers complete substations for distribution and transmission grids. Our complete substation projects mainly comprise high and medium voltage apparatus, transformers, protection and control systems, auxiliary power systems as well as construction and erection work. Substations in Västerås has approximately 200 employees. Substations continues to expand and are looking for an Area Sales Manager. As Area Sales Manager you will assume overall responsibility for the preparation of commercially, legally, and technically optimized system offers for complex Substation projects.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will perform the following tasks:
Maintaining competitor awareness
Contributing to the regional plan
Preparing business plans
Managing customer retention
Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products and services
Growing in new accounts
Growing the business
Conducting performance reviews
Training staff in new techniques
Searching out new business plays a large part in the job, which may require conducting presentations to potential customers
The work also involves analysing data and reporting the findings to superiors. It is therefore suitable for those with good analytical abilities and an aptitude for figures. Other requirements for the job include excellent communication and motivational skills, an ability to motivate and lead others and an organised, problem-solving attitude towards work.

Är du intresserad?
We prefer if you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Areas of study may include Business Administration, Management, Marketing or Sales. If you have a background in the power generation field, it is an advantage in this position.
