www.bellman.comCurrently, we are searching for a qualified Area Sales Manager for Northern Europe. The position can lead to good career opportunities upon excellent achievements.
The job involves:
• Visiting our distributor partners and to assist them in our product introductions.
• Finding and visiting new potential distribution partners and to evaluate their business opportunities and how to organize a possible co-operation.
• Support our distributors in their operative work.
• Participate in developing the future strategic approach for the area.
• Participating in developing group product- and marketing/sales strategies.
To your assistance, you will have a team of qualified colleges in the Swedish back office but you will handle the day-to-day work yourself. Consequently, to be successful and to enjoy this position, you must have an outstanding drive, be very interested in marketing and sales and have the right mindset to develop the company's business in the area. You will mainly spend your time working with our current and new partners which means 150+ travelling days per year.
Other requested qualifications:
• Degree from University, or similar education, in marketing and sales.
• Strong experience (5+ years) from international sales / distribution.
• Talent in handling people and presenting yourself / your company.
• Technical interest and understanding.
• Proficiency in the English language. Other languages are meritorious.
