High Voltage Service is a business unit within Hitachi Energy located in Ludvika, Sweden. The unit has worldwide responsibility for the Life Tank Breakers and Power Quality Solutions, and it is also assuring the coverage for all High Voltage portfolio in Sweden. We are proud to be a customer care team which is close to the end user, making sure they get our support in the most critical situations they can face.
The target for this role is to develop a comprehensive growth strategy in the sector, establish deep multi-year relationships with customer, pursue & support opportunity capture by coordinating with the Front-End organization and identify opportunities and possibilities of cooperation & partnerships in the sector. The key to succeed in this role is to hold deep knowledge in High Voltage electrical products, electrical utilities, and industrial customers.
You will be part of a strong team consisting of 11 members, with different background and competencies. We are looking for a person with customer focus, positive and driven mindset to contribute to our success.
Your responsibilities
Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures knowhow sharing and cross-collaboration
Prepares offers in coordination with the technical team and/or supply department. Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and commercial conditions
Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
Manage the strategic relationship with local units, utilities and industrial customers. Lead the development and implementation of the account plans prioritizing the opportunities according to the define market plan
Reporting in a regular basis is essential part of the role. Pipeline, forecast and the status of each targeted project will be shared with key persons in the organization

Your background
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Sales & marketing position will be preferred.
Probably you hold a university degree of a technical nature or similar
You are a self-motivated and dedicated team player with strong work ethic and result oriented working style
You have experience dealing with customers in the electric industry, preferably with HV equipment
Willingness to travel to meet customers and internal events
Fluent English is a must, other languages are of advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills; experience in managing complex customers is considered a plus
Strategical thinking and business minded is the words describing you
