Description:
IT division Sales Online and Marketing is looking for a Division Governance.
Division Governance is a leading role, overall responsible for methods and way of working in the division. Division Governance support, steer, follow up and coach roles in the delivery organization and within the governance function.
Division Governance is an active part in division management and for the functions and areas within division governance function: division PMO (project management office), Maintenance steering, Architecture, Test and Change & Release.
Division Governance assignment on behalf of Division Manager:
• Responsible to facilitate and improve way of working within the division according to division goals (Division Tactical plan). Ensure that improved way of working is reachable for all roles within the division and also in the aspect of different sourcing set ups.
• Responsible to ensure the division is aligned with the decided way of working, steering and guidelines applicable to the division, based on directives and guidelines from our corporate IT Governance.
• Coach and support leaders (SAR, ISR, SR, PL, TL etc.) and roles in delivery in choice of method and scope within the method based on the situation.
• Part of division management group.
• Responsible to ensure that the division is compliant and proactive in the yearly audits and revisions. Facilitate that the division is compliant or have routines to be compliant regarding security requirements.
• Coordinate division portfolio in cooperation with delivery management (SARs) and facilitate delivery management meetings.
• Responsible for maintaining methods in the division such as project management, maintenance management, steering methods, and other methods part of the development or maintenance processes. Division Governance is also responsible to be the primary contact person for the division towards Governance and Development support. Division Governance is responsible facilitate and coach the organization to having an effective way of working.
• Division governance is responsible for the division ?PMO? (Project Management Office) and facilitate/coach the division to have an effective way of working in projects.
• Lead and coach the division architecture function within the division.
• Lead and coach the division functions test and change & release.
• Ensure the division has competence forums.
• Division Governance will be responsible for maintaining, developing and following division Tactical plan.
• Division Governance is responsible for Information chart in division and also ensuring that the division is aligned to that.
