We are a bunch of food loving employees, who are passionate to create the Nordic region's best offer for home delivered food while having fun together.We are now looking for someone who wants to manage our logistics operations in our largest region with a fleet of approximately 300 (and growing) delivery couriers. You will be based in Stockholm and be a part of our Logistics department, which is responsible for delivering food from our partner restaurants to our customers in a safe and efficient way.Your MissionTo take responsibility of our logistics operations in our largest region in SwedenTo ensure that the delivery couriers and the team-leaders have all the tools and resources necessary to deliver excellent resultsTo drive strategic initiatives based on central strategy and manage the local team to reach set goals quicklyTo ensure successful recruitment and performance management in your regionTo build and to continuously strengthen the courier communityYou will work closely together with and report to our central team that is also located in Stockholm.Your Heroic SkillsYou have previous experience from leading or managing peopleYou have a relevant university degree or equivalent experienceYou have excellent English skills, both written and verbal (Skills in Swedish or another language is a plus)You like to use data to your advantage and you have a good command of ExcelYou are a team-player with a strong drive that thrives when there is a lot happening around youYou are fast, problem-solving and hands-on when the situation demands itYou work in a structured way and can handle unexpected situationsOur offerDelivery Hero is an international, fast-paced, fun and inspiring workplace where there are great opportunities to participate and influence and to develop further within the organization. The role is full-time with immediate appointment and placed at our rider office on Storgatan, Stockholm.
