Job Description
As an Area Manager you are responsible for giving direction, lead and manage the business region to deliver a great customer experience and maximize selling and profitability, in line with company goals and brand direction.
You will be responsible for:
Support, lead and manage the Area team and Store Managers to increase the overall profits in your area, ensuring that all employee relation responsibilities, legal requirements and H&M group policies are fulfilled
Follow up and analyze KPIs of the area and initiate actions to increase profit, balancing long and short-term planning together with the Area team. You ensure compliance with all safety & security, administration and legal procedures
Provide constructive guidance to Store Managers and the Area team, driving team performance
Actively work with talent & leadership development within the Area Team and Store Managers in order to support the business needs
Strengthen our Company Culture by promoting feedback in our daily work through distance leadership and coaching
Qualifications
You have solid experience, understanding and proven track record from working and driving sales results and profit, as well as delivering a great customer experience, within the H&M group
You have experience from a manager position and proven strong leadership skills, e.g. store manager / area manager position
You have a customer experience centric mindset with an ability to turn ideas into action and making it happen
You are a dreamer and doer; you can define a vision and implement it
You are goal oriented; you love setting ambitious goals and reaching them
You are autonomous and keep your colleagues accountable in order to reach the company goals
You are flexible to travel at least two to three days per week (post-covid 19)

This is a full-time temporary position for one year with a possible extension, with placement in Stockholm.
