Arbetsuppgifter
At Fiat, you will find a capable and dedicated sales team. Our field force in Sweden consists of three area managers and a sales manager that handle our Swedish sales development on a national and local level. We are currently looking for an area manager for our region south.

As an area manager, you will occupy a widespread and varied position. You are responsible for our sales development in your region that consists of ca 20 dealers and covers an area from Varberg in the west to Oskarshamn in the east and south. This means that you will support our dealers with their sales development and implement processes, activities and campaigns to increase sales. With your support our dealers are ensured to achieve the goals and the results that we need to grow our market share.

In this position, you will be reporting to our Swedish sales manager. Frequent traveling will occur as both visits to our dealers and to our headquarters in Stockholm or Copenhagen are required.

Profil
To match the position, we believe that you have a strong experience from the automotive industry in a position that has involved sales development on a central level. It is an advantage if you have experience from working for a car importer and have worked in an international environment. You are fluent in both Swedish and English in speech and writing and have a good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

As a person, you are independent and solution-oriented and you work in a structured and organized manner. You are business as well as people oriented person with high credibility. You have strong communication skills which will be needed in a position that includes many social contacts both internally, externally and internationally. Finally, you share our passion for the automotive industry.
