* Coordinating consumer service in Finland by supervising of external service partners, including but not limited to geographical coverage, contracts management, cost control, knowledge management, etc
• Close cooperation with in-house Service Expert, call-center and Claim & Warranty teams to ensure efficient management of service to end consumer and trade partners
• Make sure that service partners comply to Whirlpool policies, warranty rules and agreed service- and quality levels
• Drive sales of spare parts, accessories and home & professional appliances through the service partners
• Cooperate with Sales Department for short and long term service related activities and relationship building with trade partners
• Represent Whirlpool Consumer Service e.g. in country trade organizations
• Drive efficient and continuous service trainings for Service partners in area of responsibility
• Drive improvements in routines and agreements to ensure healthy business with high service level

• Technical and mechanical knowledge of white goods or similar products
• Experience of working within service area
• Good understanding of commercial acumen
• Willingness to travel, mostly within Nordics but also beyond
• Spoken and written English and Finnish.
• Good communication-, analytical-, and decision-making skill with ability to develop
• Ability to take personal leadership to be able to grow into role as a business manager
• Highly self-motivated, team player with a flexible attitude and ability to work with pace and under pressure in a competitive environment. A positive, spirit of winning attitude in delivering extraordinary results

Beneficial
• Knowledge in other Nordic languages
• Experience of working as field technician
• Knowledge of the white goods service and trade landscape
• Basic service- or outsourced business management experience
• SAP experience
• University degree within business
• Ambition to grow into managerial position
