Will you take the lead and support our new strategy (Compelling Business Needs), with clear focus on getting the machine performance improvement needed to achieve our productivity ambition? We have decided to recruit an Area Manager in the Production department.

Main Tasks
As Area Manager you are the end responsible for the results (SQCDM), including the maintenance cost, of a part of the production organization. You are the leader of Department Managers and you will report to the Production Manager. You are responsible for the implementation of the CBN strategy and masterplans. For this you will develop the organization and employees (RST members and workforce, approx. 65-70 employees).
You will have a great opportunity to drive and lead the cultural change towards the Manufacturing Excellence (DDS) and rigor in execution in your area of responsibility. Together with the Production Leadership Team you will run the full change process and initiate proactive or corrective actions to achieve the results.
Key Competencies
You have a bachelor degree and affinity with technique. You have experience in manufacturing organizations and you are master of Manufacturing Excellence. Je beheersing van de Engelse taal is ronduit goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Swedish language speaking fluently is preferred and your complementary English is good, both orally, in presentations and explanations, and in writing.
You are an enthusiastic person who are capable of prioritizing able to drive the changes with us.
