TTL employs over 60 full-time staff, including 12 support staff and - unlike some training firms - has over 45 salaried consultants, each a specialist with skills in targeted Performance Improvement and Training; and a solid grounding in a particular discipline of Automotive Industry Management such as Sales, Aftersales, and Fleet Sales. TTL also calls on a small number of associate trainers to help respond to urgent client demands.
Our clients include major European vehicle manufacturers, finance houses, large dealer groups and independent motor retailers. We have an enviable record of increasing our clients' profitability through bespoke training and targeted consulting programmes.
One of our clients are now looking for a Area Fleet Manager (part of the Nissan team based at Nissan Head Office)
Job purpose: Generate and maximise sales of Nissan Passenger Cars and vans to new business prospects.
Coach dealer fleet sales staff in the pursuit of sales to the business sector
Detailed Key Tasks: 50% of time will be spent on coaching and developing sales staff, 30% on prospecting new business contacts.
Essential requirements:
The Nissan Nordic head office is in Finland and the company language is English therefore the candidate must be able to speak and write to a good level of English and Swedish.
Desirable requirements:
We require someone who has had previous experience in selling cars and or vans to businesses (business to business sales). However, if a good candidate has the combination of car sales plus business to business experience in another sector they would be of interest to us. One of our current employees had no car experience but was a good business to business sales person with a passion for cars.
