We are now looking for one more SAP Architect! As an SAP Architect at H&M you will work at a global IT department, with many new initiatives and projects where you have the opportunity to join at an early stage and make a difference!
In your role as an SAP Architect you will ensure that the architecture is aligned with H&Ms architectural guidelines. You are structured and like to work towards a goal, yet at the same time you are pragmatic. You thrive from realizing the business needs into an efficient IT delivery. As an SAP Architect at H&M you are curious, ambitious and want to make a difference.
The SAP Development team is working with development services to our projects within H&M and we are now looking for a development architect that can take overall responsibility for the technical solutions and decisions.
The development architect will manage the cross-team architectural questions as well as coordinate the SAP related architectural work.
To be successful as an SAP Architect we believe you are an experienced and confident leader. You have strong communication skills with a natural ability to present the vision of all architecture within your area to all stakeholders. You have the ability to see the big picture, yet are able to perform analysis on more detailed levels.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M SAP Architect comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes
• Be responsible for the overall SAP internal technical solution decisions, design and implementation within development
• Support the functional/business teams in completing the functional design and formulating requirements
• Support and guide developers to create detailed functional and technical design
• Cooperate with infrastructure in technical matters and with other architects in designing the project overall solution architecture
• Be responsible for the development transport approach and deploys to different environments
• Make operative decisions for the architecture and design of custom development done in SAP
• Manage SAP development cross-team and cross-technology initiatives
Your skills

You have the ability to adapt to new conditions; you can inspire, motivate and create a good atmosphere around you. You are self-driven, analytic, and structured. And your skills include:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as technical leader and implementation of global systems and multiple projects
• You have a wide technical as well as functional SAP experience beneficially from within Retail
• You have development background with knowledge in the areas integration, development, reporting and portal development
• You have experience from Technical project management
• Strong skills in both Swedish and English.
We believe you have experience from retail, has worked in global projects and roll-outs and with off shore development.
