To our IT-division Buying and Production (BOPO) that supports our business working with suppliers, planning and production globally we are looking for an Enterprise Architect. Our division contains of 350 people working in 50 systems / projects and with 5 platforms. We believe that you might be a System Architect or a Solution Architect ready for the next step, or that you work as an Enterprise Architect today.
In your role as an Enterprise Architect you will work close with our business and have a key role within the area. You will be responsible for leading the areas System Architects, as well as working strategical, driving and aligning the architecture for all systems within your area.
As an Enterprise Architect, you are an important part of the management team for the delivery area. You are a part of the architecture function at the BOPO division, working with other Enterprise Architects in cross areas and division forums.
You will drive the overall technical architecture and make sure that the solutions in your delivery area are in line with the overall IT strategy. Another responsibility in your role is to ensure that the enterprise architecture and guidelines are followed when new solutions are evaluated. You will be an important factor in ensuring that we apply innovative thinking and new technology to develop the best solutions for our business.

Your responsibilities
The job of an Enterprise Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
Drive and take an architectural responsibility for the solutions and processes
Communicate the architecture and area visions to IT and business stakeholders
Actively work to ensure the success of cross functional initiatives and projects
Be a leader within the delivery area
Create and contribute to strategies, roadmaps, goals and visions for the delivery area
Perform early analysis and pre-studies in close cooperation with business
Facilitate workshops
Actively participate in various architectural forums

And your skills include:
At least 3-5 years' experience in prior architect role
Technical background
Experience of agile methods (for example SAFe)
Experience of leading others
Experience of Azure/cloud solution architecture
Speaking and writing Swedish is beneficial
The position is full time, based in Stockholm (Marievik)
