Then this might be a position for you!About the positionWe are looking for an IT Area Architect to Warehouse Online. Warehouse Online is one of three Service Areas within IT Logistics. As Area Architect you will work with a lot of cross-dependencies and cross-channel (Store, Online and Omni). You are responsible for the overall solution architecture within the service area and secure that it meets the business area's needs, requirements and target architecture in an optimal way. You will be part of an area and a team that has been expanding the last years focusing on time to market. Now, we are in a phase where we need to focus on and set a new way of working with sustainable solutions in partnership with our vendors. At IT Logistics we deliver as one team, with passion for logistics, in partnership with our vendors, always with love and speed!Your responsibilitiesThis is a key role at H&M IT Logistics where you will have an important business impact on our ability to keep customer promises.The job of an Area Architect comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes: Partnership with the business and early identify needs and strategies to find sustainable, long term and cost effective solutionsEnsure that the architecture is documented and up-to-date on a relevant and manageable level and that the target architecture and roadmap are continuously revised and communicatedMaking risk analyzes and verifies system architectures against area architecture regarding integrations, data models, information etc. considering known business needsSecure that architectural principles, policies and guidelines are followed within the service area and project results from a solution architectural perspectiveAnalyze trends in technology, system, tools and methods on behalf of the service areaTogether with other Area Architects work with/for architecture as a whole for the service area, in the division as well as outside the divisionLead and coach Solution Architects and Team Leads within the service areaWork proactive to anticipate changes in conditions, both business and technical Analyze needs and drives technical improvementSecure that non functional requirements are met within the service areaProactive work by identifying and facilitate Key enabler initiativesYour skillsJust like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. We believe your skills include:Min 5 years of experience with IT Area or Enterprise Architecture where you have proven excellent results Knowledge in/of Supply chain/Logistics, warehouses, integrated enterprise solutionsExperience from working with external software providersExperience from working within a global organization Supplier ManagementStakeholder ManagementStrong leadership skillsStrong communications skills with great experience in conducting meetings and workshopsAbility to drive tasks/workshopsFluent in English - verbally and writing (Swedish is a merit)MS Office and MS VisioExperience from e-commerce and SAP is an advantage.Travelling will be part of the job.
