Area Account Manager Biosense Webster Sweden

We are now looking for a technical Area Account Manager to run account activity and sales to grow our market share in the Electrophysiology marketplace. The Area Account manager is responsible for coordinating activities to improve utilization of Biosense Webster products and solutions and construct, propose and supervise account plans that develop sales and expertise. We are a small team consisting of a Sales Manager, five Clinical Support Specialists and two senior Clinical Support Specialists who work close together.

Objectives Of The Position

* Maintain existing and build new customer relationships to develop strong working relationship and strive to be considered as a partner
* Develop specific projects with customers to contributed and drive sales
* Understand the needs of the customer and interpret these into strategies to gain sales.
* Assess and analyze competitor activity and market data to implement a proactive approach and suggest activities to increase sales & market share.
* Handling the sale of service products as well as new products & technology.
* Manage and follow-up tenders

Qualifications

* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in economy, nursing, biomedicine, engineering or medicine is required
* Minimum of three years of sales experience within medical technology, preferably high technology products
* Experience in driving commercial projects in a clinical environment is required
* Knowledge of the Cardiology environment is an advantage and is preferred
* Business level in English (required) and proficient in Swedish, written and spoken (preferred)
* Preferably skilled in Excel and Power Point
* The ability to travel and spend nights away from home required

Our new colleague needs to be a good communicator and have the ability to see customers needs and trends to prioritize and communicate accordingly. The role requires a strong commercial approach in combination with a technical and clinical knowledge.

You are a structured person with ability to make things happen and act with short notice. And most important, a teammate who enjoy collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and to have fun at work.
