Job Description
Your role is as the primary support interface for end-customers and partners, like Ericsson and Nokia-Siemens Networks. Your responsibilities include co-ordination with Pre-sale and R&D resources, management of any issues internally and reporting, manage web interface/self-service reporting and finally to deal with installation work and training at customer's and partner's premises.

Who are you?
You have a university degree in computer science or electronics and at least three years relevant work experience. You have good problem solving capabilities and speak and write English fluently at professional business level. You also possess a thorough technological understanding of Linux operating systems and IP network design and operation. Preferred additional qualifications are scripting languages, web technologies, database technologies and streaming technologies. As a person, you are outgoing with a positive customer oriented attitude and a team player with the ability to work independently.
