We are now looking for a Project Manager specialized in new construction that wants to be part of our Facilities Management Team, and builds our next award-winning office in Lund!
Who is your future team?
The Facilities Management Team consists of experienced and passionate Managers with a deep understanding of Axis' business. We work as an integral part of the daily business and in close collaboration with our stakeholders. We support Axis Communications in both Lund and Linköping in cooperation with external suppliers and advisors. Currently the Team includes 3 Managers with a total of 20 employees in supporting roles and 1 Director, Real Estate and Facilities. Our common goal is to support Axis' sustainable and successful growth. The Facilities Team can be divided into three main areas: (i) Facilities Premises (ii) Facilities Services, and (iii) Facilities Security. Besides having an important purpose as a Project Manager specialized in new construction, you will also work with the greatest Facilities Team there is. What you'll do here as a Project Manager:
The Project Manager manages the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome and administers both the owner and subcontractor relationships for assigned projects. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be
* Manage and/or coordinate resources for the project (s)
* Assist with preconstruction efforts
* Manage all aspects of project from inception
* Prepare and execute Project Executive Plan
* Prepare trade contracts and bid packages, as well as oversee procurement process
* Oversee performance of project including, project status, schedule, cost control, change management systems
* Maintain relationships with clients, designers, and consultants
* Attend and lead project meetings, including progress, pre-construction and pre-award
* Review inspection and test data for compliance with specifications
* Prepare monthly owner project status reports, as required

We'd love to hear that you have:
* Bachelor's Degree - Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
* At least 10 years of industry experience
* Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
* Good knowledge of the IT-/tech business sector
* Great communications skills and fluency in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
