hela Sverige In this position you will be the leader in a cross-functional environment and drive the profitable growth of the company's service parts portfolio. We are looking for a talented entrepreneur with excellent commercial and technical knowledge, a strong drive with an interest for interacting with people in different positions from different cultures. The right candidate has the ability to build trusting relationships and feel comfortable with prioritizing since results will be achieved through your own initiatives and through influencing the whole organization.
Main responsibilities:
• Define and execute portfolio strategies to meet market demands, drive the profitable growth and protect our market shares
• Decide value positioning in cooperation with the Pricing team.
• Actively work with market activities and roll out of enhanced offerings in cooperation with our regional colleagues.
• Develop market analysis by gathering competitive intelligence, market trends and identify potential business opportunity.
Din profil
For this position we think that you:
• Have a degree in engineering and/or business or comparable experience
• Are customer focused and have good analytical skills to understand the true need of customers
• Are self-motivated and able to manage time and prioritize duties.
• Are fluent in English since it is the company's corporate language.
• Are fluent in Swedish
• Have excellent presentations skills
• Have excellence in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
